CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a motivated, experienced recruiter who is passionate about home health.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles within CommonSpirit Health at Home. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates as well as building a strategic partnership with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, experience recruiting for remote positions, and a passion for finding top talent. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.


Qualifications

**Candidate must reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, ND, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI**

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 6 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is a High School Diploma
  • 4 years of healthcare experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is an Associate’s Degree
  • 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is a Bachelor’s or graduate degree
  • Experience working remotely preferred
