Think of our Command Centers as virtual hospitals. We’re in the background continuously assessing, reviewing and providing interventions to patients at all hours of the day across the nation. Our Command Center team members help provide assistance to new and established patients in our network.

  • Connection Specialist
    • As our Connection Specialist at CommonSpirit Health, you will help people in need across the United States in a 24/7 virtual call center environment.  Every day you will be the initial point of contact between our patients, family members, and others and our healthcare professionals at 140+ hospitals across 21 states.  

  • Virtual Patient Companion
    • As our Patient Companion at CommonSpirit Health, you will be part of our highly specialized team of patient caregivers. You will continually monitor patients that have been identified as being high risk of falling, elopement, illicit drug/alcohol use, disoriented/demented, pulling out lines/tubes, and other areas of potential concern that could jeopardize their safety or ability to heal at 140+ hospitals across 21 states.  

  • Cardiac Monitoring Technician
    • As our Virtual Cardiac Monitoring Tech, you will perform remote cardio-pulmonary rhythm surveillance for up to 60 patients at multiple locations nationwide.  Using advanced IT technologies, you will accurately recognize cardiac rhythms and notify on-site patient care team of any changes in cardiac rhythm, arrhythmias, or oxygen saturation. 

  • RN Care Continuum
    • As our Virtual Care Continuum RN, you will take your seasoned nursing skills to the next level by providing real-time virtual inter-collaborative nursing assistance to on-site patient care teams at our 140+ facilities across 21 states.
