Now is the ideal time to join CommonSpirit Health's Innovative Virtual Nursing Models

What is the purpose of CommonSpirit Health’s Innovative Virtual Nursing Care Models?

Virtual nursing at CommonSpirit was developed to address the growing challenges in healthcare to include a national nursing shortage and higher acuity patients in acute care settings

The two models (Virtually Integrated CareSM and Virtual Command Center) unburden the workload of the frontline staff by providing an added layer of support with the virtual nurse. The virtual nurse contributes to the retention of the bedside care team and the patient/family experience by augmenting care delivery.

Why join one of CommonSpirit Health’s Innovative Virtual Nursing Care Models?

CommonSpirit has been the leader in virtual nursing since initiating the use of this innovative technology in 2008. These options provide experienced nurses the opportunity to provide support to the bedside care teams as a virtual nurse to enhance job satisfaction and promote the patient experience and outcomes. Nurses who work at the bedside benefit from the added layer of support that the virtual nurse provides and this support contributes to bedside staff retention and promotes a collaborative work environment.
