Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Interpret physician's scanning instructions and administer contrast materials.
  • Prepare and position patients for optimal image acquisition.
  • Provide basic patient care and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology (including coursework in cross-sectional anatomy).
  • ARRT certification required.
  • Current healthcare provider BLS certification required.
  • State of Washington Registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • CT Registration is preferred.
  • One year of work experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CT scanning procedures and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
