Responsibilities

Do you enjoy helping people and have a knack for staying calm under pressure? Franciscan Health System is looking for compassionate and efficient individuals to join our Contact Center team!

Make a real difference every day. As a Contact Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff across all our hospital campuses. You'll handle a wide range of calls, from routine inquiries to urgent situations, providing critical support and ensuring everyone receives prompt and helpful assistance. This is more than just answering phones; you'll be a vital link in our healthcare system.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, following established procedures.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to critical codes and alarms, taking appropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate databases and report any technical issues.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Limited experience? No problem! While six months of call center experience is preferred, we value strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
