Responsibilities

Under general supervision performs a variety of fixed and portable radiographs according to department quality standards. This position requires providing care/service to the critically ill through rehabilitating newborns through the geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).


Qualifications

Required Experience: 

  • Less than 2 years of Radiologic Technology experience.

Education:

  • Graduate of a Radiology Program is required.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Associates Degree is preferred.

Licensure:

  • Current California RT license is required.
  • Current Fluoroscopy Permit is required within 90 days of hire.
  • Current BLS through the American Heart Association is required. 
  • ARRT Certification is preferred.
  • IV Certification is preferred.
