St. Michael Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Radiation Therapy Supervisor to join our growing team!
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled Radiation Therapists, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate radiation therapy treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Radiation Therapy department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance patient experience and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Play a key role in the department's growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Possesses a strong clinical background in Radiation Therapy with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Is a licensed Radiation Therapist (ARRT) and holds a current state license.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Is committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
- One year of directly related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities preferred.
License/Certification:
- American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) (T) – required.
- Current licensure as a Certified Radiological Technologist/Therapeutic - (Required) in Washington State.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Current membership in the American Society of Radiological Technologists (ASRT) is preferred.
