Responsibilities

Are you a skilled problem solver with a strong mechanical aptitude? Do you take pride in ensuring facilities are well-maintained and safe? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Exeditor!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Cleanliness and Order: Keep assigned areas clean and organized while performing minor interior repairs such as ceiling tile replacements and wall patching.
  • Perform Maintenance Repairs: Use hand and power tools to complete minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs like faucet and toilet part replacements, trap removal, and basic electrical work such as light bulb replacements.
  • Assist with Equipment Moves: Support tenant or departmental relocations by transporting equipment, removing waste, and relocating items between facilities.
  • Exterior Maintenance: Ensure the exterior of the building is well-kept by performing tasks such as litter pickup, pressure washing, and exterior painting.


Qualifications
  • Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • A Satisfactory Abstract of Driving Record (Type: Employment Record) meeting departmental standards.
  • A valid Washington State Driver’s License.

Job Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of general safety standards for moving heavy materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using hand and/or power tools to perform maintenance and repair work.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
