As a Client Relations Support Associate, you will be a key player in fostering strong relationships within the healthcare community. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is ready to take on new challenges, grow alongside a dedicated team, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Trend Spotting and Strategy Support: Observe and report on industry trends, helping our organization plan and execute effective business strategies.
  • Market Growth: Assist in maintaining and expanding our market share, identifying new business opportunities to support our growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Develop and nurture influential relationships with key customer sources such as long-term care facilities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Client Coordination: Meet with patients and caregivers to coordinate services, ensuring a smooth transition to home or assisted living environments.
  • Professional Representation: Effectively present and discuss our products and services, projecting our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer understanding.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; one year of sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, discharge planners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong influencing abilities and emotional self-awareness to foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated competencies in adaptability, innovation, and a drive to achieve goals.
  • Office personal computer skills for documentation and reporting.
