To join the ranks of CommonSpirit Health at Home, bring your associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Technology, a current state license to practice, and a heart filled with compassion. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation become your instruments of empowerment. Qualifications
    • Associates degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
    • Current license to practice in the state serviced.
    • Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification
    • One-year occupational therapy experience required.
    • Must obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) as this is now a requirement in step with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
    • Home care experience preferred.
