Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Accurately register patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with other departments.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Education/Work Experience Requirements
- One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities.
