Franciscan Medical Clinic - Port Orchard, a part of Franciscan Medical Group and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is Seeking a Compassionate full time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
  • Assist with patient clinic visits, taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and preparing patients for exams.
  • Perform or assist with patient care procedures, diagnostic tests, and clinical procedures within the scope of LPN licensure.
  • Administer medications per written provider orders and track medication usage.
  • Document patient care interactions and procedures in the electronic medical record.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • One year of LPN work experience in a clinic setting OR two years of acute care LPN work experience preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
