Overview

As our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic of Arkansas - Kanis, you will help patients manage their heart health so they can improve their quality of life and prevent complications.

Every day you will provide direct patient care. You will be expected to perform a variety of clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and educating patients about their heart condition.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate demeanor.

CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic of Arkansas is a cardiology subspecialty clinic for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions of the heart and vascular systems. We take care to get a proper diagnosis and develop a personalized treatment plan to ensure the best outcome and quality of life for each patient. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and assisting with procedures under physician supervision.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, medical records, and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards (OSHA, Infection Control, Fire Safety) to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service by building positive relationships and addressing patient needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient clinic operations.


We are offering a sign on bonus up to $10,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.


Qualifications
  • Practical Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire) 
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Previous experience in Cardiology is preferred, but not required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association is required
