This role reports to the Market Vice President, Ancillary Services, and collaborates with leaders across the organization to integrate and expand programs/services, driving the creation of an integrated delivery network. The Manager leads the implementation of operational improvement initiatives and business development projects, partnering with executives, directors, physicians, and staff.
This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with 5+ years of experience in project management and a proven track record of success in leading change initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
- Lead/manage assigned departments and functions.
- Design and implement sustainable, high‐quality, cost‐effective solutions to ensure optimal effectiveness; ensure these
- departments/functions operate in a manner that is consistent with the System’s core values.
- Lead operational and business process improvement projects involving systems and/or business processes to obtain business goals and operational and clinical objectives.
- Work in conjunction with executive leadership to analyze and determine ongoing strategies, business opportunities and goals
- Monitor and report on progress of strategic plan initiatives
- Provide support to the Market VP Ancillary Services on an as needed basis: prepare for the Strategic Planning Meetings/Committees/Annual Assessments including develop presentations, communications, and agenda content
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects as directed
- Manage and supervise special projects team
- Assist in development of financial planning
- Monitor industry trends and company news
Qualifications
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) years healthcare industry experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
- 3 years leadership experience, 5 years healthcare industry experience
