Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNA- Completion of 75, 120, or 150 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Pgm
- Must be in-State C.N.A. Registry.
- HHA- successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
- CNA- One year of Certified Nursing Aide-Home Health Hospice.
- HHA- One year home health aide, patient tech or other related experience and/or passes CHI Health at Home’s competency evaluation program (Medicare regulation)
