Overview

From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy. We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.

Provides clinic and department operations support by performing duties impacting and or directly working with front line workers. This position performs project oriented tasks requiring analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. The purpose of this role is to prevent and/or address and resolve operational barriers by providing administrative support through task and project management.


Responsibilities

Projects Administrative Coordinator

Location:  St. Francis Hospital, Grand Island, NE

  • Manages project schedules, budgets, and/or resources as well as coordinating communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Independently collect, analyze, and present data to leadership using various tools and techniques.
  • Finalize presentations and agendas for meetings
  • Use data findings to help solve operational barriers and implement improved workflows.
  • Support multiple providers and or departments  by managing ongoing projects directly impacting operations and KPIs
  • Manage schedules regarding (but not limited to) provider call and new hire training schedules
  • Schedule & lead meetings and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership
  • Coordinate new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants
  • Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts


Qualifications

Associates degree in management or healthcare related field or 1-2  years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
