This role supports the South Region, including Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky and Ohio.
Job Summary / Purpose
The Pharmacy Enterprise 340B Program Coordinator coordinates work activities to support and improve the ongoing daily operations of the 340B Program with covered entities or groups of covered entities within a Region(s) to assure an optimized and compliant program. This position serves as the primary tactical program coordinator and liaison for all 340B-related matters within the Region. The scope of this position may extend across multiple Regions depending on the number of covered entities and complexities.
The Pharmacy Enterprise 340B Program Coordinator works closely with all members of the Region 340B Operations Team to assure that 340B vision and strategies are successfully implemented and sustained throughout the Region. The Coordinator assists the Region Manager Pharmacy 340B Services with all elements and components of the 340B program to ensure optimal compliance, quality, and operations at each covered entity within the Region. The Coordinator assists the covered entities in operationalizing improvements, expansions, implementations and in sustaining the 340B Program by working closely with individuals within each covered entity in the Region(s), providing direct support to the covered entity when needed.
The Coordinator will serve on various work groups, implementation teams, or other committees to improve and expand the 340B program. This position works effectively with a variety of internal business functions outside pharmacy (supply chain, finance, legal, compliance, IT/BI, and advocacy) within the Region and system as well as those outside CHI (vendors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and contract pharmacies).
The Coordinator supports all facilities within the Region(s) that participate in, or may be eligible to participate in, the 340B Drug Discount Program, including ambulatory, contract pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy areas. This position will have a direct reporting relationship to the Region Manager Pharmacy 340B Services and close working relationship with all other 340B-related positions and work groups. This position will assist with oversight activities of the Region 340B Operations Team that may include Pharmacy 340B Program Auditor, and analytics support staff.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience in a 340B covered entity
- Experience in data analysis and problem solving
- Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing and/or 340B Apexus Certification preferred
