Responsibilities
  • Applies tools, techniques and processes to track and log activities that ensure operational efficiency for the day-to-day business functions. Ensures that users comply with processes.
  • Consults with process and business stakeholders, vendors, analyze capability needs, and identify people, process, technology, governance, and or integration defects that hinder service delivery. 
  • Able to document, articulate and present findings and recommendations for process improvements within committed timeframes to peers and all levels of management.
  • Performs audits to check the accuracy of information and undertakes any necessary corrective action under direction. 
  • Leads focused technical analysis discussions, delivers supporting artifacts and assists with conducting review sessions for all necessary approvals.
  • Identifies potential changes for quality of service guidelines for dealing with customers, completing services, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Project assignments can include complex projects or enterprise-wide assignments.
  • Assignments are mid to long-term projects, tasks and/or maintenance assignments.
  • Supports functions or teams in the development of project and/or operational methods for measurement.
  • Identifies and prioritizes appropriate measures, scales, and targets. Designs reports and reporting formats.
  • Identifies and resolves issues with applications, following agreed procedures and uses software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.
  • May be responsible for completing or overseeing ad hoc tasks, assignments or projects.

Qualifications
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent experience. 
  • Requires 2 or more years of experience as a business, data, or analyst.
  • Prefer experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship-building-skills, with the ability to manage up, down and across levels of the organization are required.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • Strong understanding and comfort leading business and technology partners through a structured development and/or implementation life cycle and support model is required.
  • Ability to understand technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business financial objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences in a concise and easily-understandable manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines, including ability to deliver on short timeframes while in a remote environment. 
  • Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis, reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Highly self-motivated, ability to complete assignments with limited supervision, and attention to detail is required.
  • Operational understanding and ability to work in a complex and matrix oriented team environment; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong command of key productivity applications is required.
  • Operational knowledge of CommonSpirit's business operations, legacy systems, interfaces/EDI, and evolving technology is desired.

Preferred Experience

  • ITIL Foundations preferred.
  • Prefer experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry. 
  • High proficiency with data visualization.
