Responsibilities
The Manager, People Insights Platforms and Products is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and delivery of a people analytics infrastructure and product pipeline that provides actionable insights to support Human Resources, executives, and operational leaders in making sound, data-driven decisions. This role manages a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analytics support is accessible across the organization, while aligning products with organizational goals and divisional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and communicates the value of People Insights to stakeholders, ensuring insights are delivered in an actionable, ministry-relevant manner.
- Aligns the People Insights team’s project roadmap and deliverables with the organization’s financial and strategic goals.
- Manages a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring the team effectively supports all functions and divisions in achieving their goals through data-driven insights.
- Collaborates with the Talent, Learning & Capabilities team to integrate outputs into cohesive, actionable deliverables for HR Business Partners, executives, and other key stakeholders.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders across HR (Centers of Excellence, HR Operations), technical teams (HR Technology, IT), and cross-functional teams (Finance, Patient Experience, Clinical Informatics) to create impactful People Insights solutions.
- Partners with vendors to maximize the value of tools and platforms (e.g., Visier, iCIMS, Cornerstone) used by the team.
- Promotes the adoption of data-driven decision-making practices within the organization by developing training resources, facilitating workshops, and serving as a subject matter expert on workforce analytics.
- Creates and delivers compelling workforce stories using advanced analytics, data visualization, and clear communication tailored to the audience.
- Stays informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in analytics, workforce trends, and the healthcare industry to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities.
- Manages project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring analytics initiatives and products are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory or team management role.
Strong technical expertise in workforce analytics, data visualization, and statistical methods, with proficiency in tools like R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience with workforce planning and HR systems, including platforms like Visier, iCIMS, or similar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables under managed deadlines
