Responsibilities

This is a remote position

We’re hiring a Program Manager with strong project management expertise and a passion for brand to help drive high-impact initiatives at CommonSpirit Health. In this role, you’ll lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects—like national and regional brand transitions, brand experience enhancements, and internal campaigns—ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and aligned with strategic goals.

This is a project management-heavy role (70%) with a strategic lens on brand execution (30%). You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a highly organized leader who can keep complex, cross-functional initiatives on track—and understands how thoughtful execution brings brand strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (Primary Focus)

  • Act as the central project lead, keeping diverse teams aligned and informed.
  • Lead brand programs from planning through execution—tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks.
  • Manage national and regional brand transitions and other key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to drive progress.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, operations, and leadership teams for integrated execution.
  • Ensure proactive, clear communication across all levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project efficiency.

Brand Strategy Execution

  • Help translate brand strategy into actionable work and outcomes.
  • Ensure consistency across project messaging, design, and tone.
  • Support internal brand campaigns that reflect our identity and values.

What You Bring

  • A strong project/program manager with experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Able to communicate clearly and persuasively with senior leaders
  • Passionate about branding, but laser-focused on execution and delivery

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with proven project management expertise.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies to deliver brand and creative solutions.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for building and evolving brands.
