The posted compensation range of $51.66 - $74.91 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As the Workday Program Manager at CommonSpirit Health, you will lead our healthcare organization's implementation, optimization, and scaling initiatives for Workday. This role is crucial for managing our Workday ecosystem to support our healthcare operations. You will ensure the seamless integration of HR, Finance, and Supply Chain processes across multiple facilities and departments.
We are looking for someone who is not just passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, but also understands the importance of a customer-centric mindset. You should be knowledgeable in service design and delivery, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience with large-scale ERP implementation in a healthcare environment. Your efforts will help us transform our organization from multiple systems to a single, comprehensive ERP system.
As a remote employee, we will provide you with the equipment needed to work from home, including a laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of program objectives involves defining strategic areas of responsibility, including reassigning and restructuring significant organizational resources. You will have the authority to influence and support cross-organizational decisions regarding work prioritization, resource allocation, and long-term performance standards.
- You will plan, implement, and manage organizational change, assessing the impact of enterprise-wide transformations and developing contingency plans to support these efforts. Effective communication of planned changes and participation in activities that promote organizational change will be critical aspects of your role.
- You are expected to work autonomously and collaboratively with HR and the Project Leader regarding program management methodologies. Maintaining awareness of risks and outcomes related to project delivery is essential.
- You will strive to improve the project management lifecycle methodology continuously. Your role will also involve driving complex initiatives that have significant scope, organizational impact, and budget considerations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Prior experience in the implementation of Workday full suite ERP (HR, SCM, FIN) in large complex organizations.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Project management, leadership and supervisor experience required
- Prior experience leveraging Google Sheets, Slides, Docs and Lucid Charts.
- Working knowledge of Information Systems (software, hardware, network).
- Working knowledge of the architectural system components, business processes and applications to minimize the impact of changes in software, hardware or network.
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles in relation to project budgets, purchasing and analysis of financial results.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management experience in a Health care environment
