The posted compensation range of $51.66 - $74.91 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
The System Manager, Clinical Data Products is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and success of clinical data products within clinical quality and the Analyst team members. This position works at the intersection of data, technology, and business, and acts as a bridge between the data engineering and clinical stakeholders. These data products must deliver actionable information and analytic solutions for system clinical quality executive leadership and other stakeholders to improve clinical quality, support patient safety and the clinical institutes, create efficiency and optimize costs. This position is also responsible for the design and development of metrics, reports and analysis to drive key business decisions and support Board goals. This position will act as a consultant to the divisions to coordinate and provide expertise in clinical quality reporting and analytic projects.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Defines the vision and strategy for clinical data products
- Identifies data-drive clinical business opportunities and develop use cases
- Prioritizes product features and manages the product roadmap
- Collaborates with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure clinical data products meet the needs of users and delivers business value
- Tracking product performance and making data-driven decisions for improvement
- People management responsibilities of selection, supervision, retention and engagement, and performance management of staff
- Identifies project needs through one-on-one communications with key stake-holders; duties specific to this function may include the assessment of the following: what decisions need to be made, why decisions need to be made, when decisions need to be made, and who will use analytics to make the decisions.
- Provides leadership and communication by conducting regular meetings to review strategic and tactical steps with their business partners and team members. Proactively identifies and plans for operational and capital budget needs related to current and future department projects.
- Identifies opportunities and takes action to build strategic relationships between one’s business groups , teams, departments, and units to achieve objectives. Drives the promotion of teamwork and collaboration within and between departments.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or Healthcare Management
Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience in the discipline
Minimum 3 years’ of leadership experience required; Relevant experience in the health sector is preferred
Experience using agile methodologies is a plus.Des

- Proficient in descriptive and predictive statistics and statistical methods
- Ability to optimize visual design of complex data into quick and comprehensive insights for data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of analytic best practices within healthcare and across analytically driven organizations.
- Ability to analyze raw data and disseminate results, with ability to think logically and process sequentially with a high level of detailed accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and measure/monitor daily/weekly/monthly operational processes to achieve implementation of a long-range enterprise analytics strategy
- Innovation, design, planning, implementation, project management skills.
- Ability to transform ambiguous conceptual models into operational practice.
- Ability to analyze data, synthesize information, transfer knowledge.
- Ability to develop, sustain & optimize diverse professional relationships.
